STROKE & TURN
Stroke & Turn Information
BFSC will offer Stroke & Turn sessions to complement swim practices for the 2019 swim season if there is sufficient interest in the clinic.
If any session get cancelled due to weather or pool closing, the Stroke & Turn session will be offered the day after.
Three lanes to accommodate 18 swimmers are allocated. The focus will be on technique for the four main strokes (free, fly, back, and breast), flip turns, and race starts / finishes.
Enrollment is open to all Ben Franklin Swim Club members and non-members of swim team age with sufficient background; however, preference will be given to BFSC swim team members. The cost is $90 per swimmer for the entire duration of the clinic. There is an additional $100 fee for each non-member swimmer. You cannot pay for individual sessions. No refunds or make-ups will be given for missed sessions due to personal-related absences such as illness, vacation, summer camp or the like.
